Below are the most FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS regarding our poster printing service.

1. Which file formats do you require for submitting a poster for printing? We prefer PDF and PowerPoint files, correctly sized to the desired output. Typical sizes are 24x36, 36x48, 36x52, 42x60. 

2. What sizes do you print? We print on both 36 inch and 42 inch paper or fabric rolls. Therefore, we suggest one of your poster dimensions be either 36 or 42 inches to allow for full page printing. There is an additional $10 charge for posters requiring hand trimming of excess white, if requested. We do offer to proportionally scale posters to fit our poster rolls.

3. What materials do you print on? We can print your poster on our premium luster paper or our foldable "easy travel" fabric material.  Finished posters will be rolled and packaged in a bag for delivery, and we highly suggest adding tube to your order for a paper poster.

4. How quickly can you print my poster? Our normal print turnaround time is 2 business days. However, most posters are printed within 24 hours depending on our current workload. Same day and weekend rush printing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to submission for weekend printing availability.

5. How do we submit a poster for printing? Simply click the order button to upload a poster file and pay online. Alternatively, you can email HopkinsPoster@gmail.com and attach your file -  please include your desired dimensions, deadline, and payment method (if not paid on this site) and we’ll get started.

6. How do I design my poster?  We suggest you use PowerPoint to quickly design your poster. First, start with slide setup to set your poster dimensions, then begin to add your content.

7. Do you offer delivery and/or shipping? Yes. We hand deliver to your office located on the campuses of Johns Hopkins. We also offer worldwide shipping via FedEx with a valid account number.

8. Where do I come to pick up my poster? Our office is now located off campus in Federal Hill, so we now include free delivery in and around Baltimore. Please specify your office location or delivery address when submitting your poster.

9. Do you provide other graphic services?  Yes, we provide a full complement of print and design services. Please contact us to discuss your next project.

10. What payments do you accept? Currently, we accept all major credit cards online (including Hopkins Pcard), ApplePay, GooglePay and Venmo.
